Why Choose Us

Invest in Real Progress

We don’t just play chess; we build strategic thinkers. Here is exactly what your child gets when they join Hayaa Chess Academy.

FIDE Certified Instructors

Your child learns directly from globally rated and certified chess professionals, not unverified amateur players. We guarantee world-class coaching.

12 Classes a Month

Most academies offer 8 classes a month. We provide 3 classes a week to ensure faster learning, better retention, and unbroken momentum.

Tournament Ready

From finding local & international FIDE events to preparing specific opening repertoires, we offer complete competitive support.

General Support
What actually happens in the Free Assessment?
We don’t believe in standard ‘demo’ classes. When you join, we do a proper 1-on-1 assessment. Our coach plays a few games with your child, observes their thinking process, and spots their strengths and weaknesses. Then, we share an honest feedback report with you and recommend the exact level (Foundation, Tactics, or Strategy) they need to start from.
Group Batches vs 1-on-1 Private: Which is better?
In our Group Batches, we keep the size small (max 8 kids). It’s great because children learn from each other’s mistakes and get to play practice matches together.

Our 1-on-1 Private Sessions are pure, focused training. The coach adapts completely to your child’s speed and goals. If your child is struggling with a specific opening or has a tournament next week, the entire syllabus changes instantly to focus exactly on what they need.
Do you offer discounts on the fees?
Yes! If you are serious about your child’s progress and book bulk sessions (like 3, 6, or 12 months), you get a massive bulk discount of up to 33%. You can use the Fee Calculator above to slide and check exactly how much you save.
What if my child misses a scheduled class?
We know kids have unpredictable schedules. For 1-on-1 students, you can easily inform us in advance and reschedule the class. For Group students, we make sure they receive the class summary, puzzles, and homework so they never fall behind the rest of the batch.
Why do you offer 12 classes a month instead of the usual 8?
Chess is all about momentum and muscle memory. We noticed that with just 2 classes a week, kids tend to forget concepts during the long gaps. Our standard structure is 3 classes per week. This keeps them engaged, ensures faster learning, and brings visible results much quicker.
What is the right age to start chess coaching?
We generally recommend starting around the age of 5 to 6 years. At this age, children are highly receptive to recognizing patterns, which helps massively in their cognitive development and focus. However, it’s never too late to start!
What is your Refund Policy if we want to stop?
We have a very transparent, 100% Secure Refund Policy. If at any point you feel the classes aren’t working out for your child, just let us know. We will calculate and refund the amount for all the unused classes. No hidden deductions, no questions asked.
Do you prepare kids for serious FIDE tournaments?
Absolutely. We don’t just teach the moves; we build professional players. We provide Full Tournament Support—from helping you find and register for the right local/international FIDE rating tournaments, to conducting specific pre-match analysis and building competitive psychology.
Does my child need a laptop or physical board?
A laptop or tablet is best for a wider screen view, but our interactive virtual chessboard works flawlessly on Smartphones too. You don’t need to buy a physical board right away; our online setup is perfectly designed for seamless learning.

We welcome kids into our chess program based on their birth year.
